There is no ticketing system, no support tier, and no chatbot that will ask you to try turning it off and on again before letting you talk to a person. There is this forum, and there is one person reading it.

If something is broken, post in It's Broken. Useful reports say what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. Version numbers and a screenshot move you to the front of a queue that is, admittedly, quite short.

If you want something added, post in Ideas. Be specific about the problem rather than the solution. "I want a button here" is harder to act on than "I lose my place when the tablet changes hands."

If you just want to talk about build lights, audiobooks, or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, there is a Break Room and you are welcome in it.

Everything here is free and made by someone who kept poking at things that already worked. Expect honesty, occasional profanity about Microsoft SmartScreen, and a response time measured in days rather than minutes.
